  • The Cam auto-adjusts to allow you to see your baby in the night with high quality night vision. Check on your baby during the night without losing video quality or clarity.
  • What is two-way audio?
  • The two-way audio feature allows you to communicate with Baby through the Cam. Talk to and soothe your baby from anywhere.
  • What does secure, encrypted wi-fi mean?
  • Your Cam is connected to your private Wi-Fi network so only those you choose can stream footage from your monitor.
  • Can I control the Cam's position in the app?
  • The Cam’s angle cannot be adjusted in the app, but you can manually change the position of the Cam whether it’s mounted on the wall or sitting on a shelf.
  • How many people can stream footage from my Cam?
  • Up to four people can stream footage from your Cam at the same time. And because the Cam is connected to your secure, private Wi-Fi network only those you share your account credentials with can access your Cam.
  • Do you have to pay extra to use the app?
  • The Owlet App is free to download in the App Store or Google Play Store. The app requires iOS 13 or higher and Android 7.0 or higher.
