How does night vision work?
The Cam auto-adjusts to allow you to see your baby in the night with high quality night vision. Check on your baby during the night without losing video quality or clarity.
What is two-way audio?
The two-way audio feature allows you to communicate with Baby through the Cam. Talk to and soothe your baby from anywhere.
What does secure, encrypted wi-fi mean?
Your Cam is connected to your private Wi-Fi network so only those you choose can stream footage from your monitor.
Can I control the Cam's position in the app?
The Cam’s angle cannot be adjusted in the app, but you can manually change the position of the Cam whether it’s mounted on the wall or sitting on a shelf.
How many people can stream footage from my Cam?
Up to four people can stream footage from your Cam at the same time. And because the Cam is connected to your secure, private Wi-Fi network only those you share your account credentials with can access your Cam.
Do you have to pay extra to use the app?
The Owlet App is free to download in the App Store or Google Play Store. The app requires iOS 13 or higher and Android 7.0 or higher.
