URGENT: Update to v1.2.9

Thank you again for your patience as we’ve been working furiously to remedy our server issue. In order to have full functionality, we are asking all customers to update their iOS to “New Owlet” v1.2.9 in the App Store. Any customers using an older version will not be able to log into their app. This update will not affect Android users.

Our team is aware that live readings are down and sleep history is not showing up. Please update to 1.2.9 if you have not done so already. iOS users that are still on1.2.8 have a bug that is affecting our servers.

Our team is aware that live readings are down and sleep history is not showing up. We are working to get this fixed as soon as possible. Please remember, your base station can still be used without Wi-fi and will notify you if oxygen or heart rate leave preset zones.

Thank you for your patience as we were awaiting approval for our fix. Version 1.2.9 is now available in the Apple App Store for download. Please go to “New Owlet” and click “Update.” If you are still unable to connect, we suggest rebooting the app and/or add device again. Again, we are so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate you being an Owlet customer.

We are so sorry our server is still down. Please remember you can use your base station as your primary notification system. Here's a video that explains more about what the notifications mean.

Please know that our team has been working around the clock to get the server up and running again. We have identified the problem and have submitted a fix to the App Store. We are just awaiting approval from them and will notify you as soon as it's available.

Our team has submitted a fix to the App Store. We will update this page once it is available for download. The current version for iOS devices is (1.2.8).

Android users will not need to update their app.
