Watching Liam's Oxygen Levels

Watching Liam's Oxygen Levels

My two-month-old son was diagnosed with RSV Saturday night. I bought an Owlet the next day to have some extra peace of mind. While watching his oxygen levels the next morning, I could see his oxygen levels were dropping in the 85-86% range. Although the Owlet did not sound any red notifications, I was not comfortable with my son’s decreasing oxygen levels. After a quick call to the doctor's office, I decided to take him to the ER where he was admitted in order to treat the RSV.
