Thankful for Owlet During a Tummy Bug

Thankful for Owlet During a Tummy Bug

Our daughter, Kayla, had been suffering from a tummy bug. She woke up vomiting about an hour after I put her to sleep, and then regularly every other hour or so. She was not able to keep down the fluids we were giving her.

I am so thankful she had her Owlet on, and that we were able to watch her. Around 2 a.m., the base station sounded a red notification for low oxygen. We ended up going to the doctor the next day, who confirmed she was dehydrated from a tummy bug and kept her on Pedialyte until she recovered. Kayla is now a happy, healthy 15-month-old!
